The Virtual Exhibition space for e-Science and Social Simulation acts as a Virtual Museum, with different rooms showing exhibits for different audiences. Based on the Unity Engine, the system provides a three dimensional display space for avatars to explore in an exhibition like environment. The system will feature screen shots, movies and text-based explanations of NeISS output via the web based Unity Engine. A workflow has been established and examples of agent based modeling included (such as flocking behaviors). The aim is to create a guide to modeling and simulation for the lay user within an innovative environment.
A video fly through of a prototype version of The Virtual Exhibition Space is available for viewing.
